P.A.C.E.® - credit for the ASCLS e-meeting -
2009 ASCLS Annual Meeting

Once a month, ASCLS will offer 1 recorded session for P.A.C.E.® - credit. To obtain 1 contact hour of credit you must view the session and successfully complete a quiz. ASCLS will select a different topic each month from the recorded sessions. This is a perfect opportunity to obtain your CE credits for certification or license renewal! Each quiz will be available for credit for 2 years from posting.

It is simple to participate!

1) Purchase and view the recorded session - $20/session or purchase the complete conference on CD or MP3 download - see below for more details
2) Complete the quiz for P.A.C.E.® credit - the quiz is available to download (paper copy) and mail in or complete the quiz online. $10/quiz member price; $15/quiz nonmember price - see below for more details; save $$$ with the CE Bundle!
3) Receive a 70% or better on the quiz and receive 1 contact hour of P.A.C.E.® credit/session

Two ways to take the quiz for each monthly session:

Quiz may be downloaded from the ASCLS website - simply download a quiz from the table below, complete it, and mail or fax it as indicated on the quiz instructions along with payment for the P.A.C.E.® credit. Upon successful completion, within 4 weeks you will receive notification and instructions to download your P.A.C.E.® certificate from the ASCLS CE Organizer.

Quiz may be taken online - purchase access to the online quiz at the ASCLS Online Store in the Online Quizzes category; click on the 2009 e-meeting item and select the quiz by topic. Allow 2 business days to receive a username and password to access the online quiz. Upon successful completion you will be provided instructions to download your P.A.C.E.® certificate from the ASCLS CE Organizer.

How much does this cost?
There is no charge to download a quiz from the website; multiple quizzes may be downloaded. Payment is required to receive the P.A.C.E.® - credit. Payment must be made when a downloaded (hard copy) quiz is mailed or faxed to ASCLS or when access to the online quiz is purchased at the ASCLS Online Store.

The fee for each monthly quiz for a single session (1 contact hour) is $10/ASCLS member and $15/nonmember

If you purchased the complete conference CD-ROM or MP3 file download of all sessions from the 2009 Annual Meeting you may purchase the CE bundle, a discount offer for 12 P.A.C.E.® continuing education credits! The CE Bundle includes payment for all 12 session quizzes that will be available from September 2009-August 2010. (ASCLS must have your name on file as a purchaser of the complete conference package to qualify.) The CE Bundle offers a discounted price because of the complete conference purchase; you will receive 4 free session quizzes. To purchase the CE Bundle go to the ASCLS online store to the Online Quizzes category and select the 2009 emeeting CE Bundle option.

The fee for the CE Bundle is $80/ASCLS member and $120/nonmember. You will receive 12 quizzes for the price of 8!

Where do I download a quiz or purchase access to the online quiz?
In the table below! Earn continuing education credit conveniently at your own pace by viewing each session listed below and successfully completing the quiz. Follow the instructions below to download a hard copy of the quiz or to purchase access to the quiz online.

* To obtain 1.0 contact hour of P.A.C.E.® - approved credit you must obtain a 70% or better on the quiz.

* Quiz must be received by the expiration date for credit. Completed quizzes will not be returned.

* 12 contact hours will be earned upon successful completion of all quizzes.

* Please return the P.A.C.E.® evaluation form with your completed quiz. Your evaluation of this learning experience will help us to develop future learning activities.

* NOTE: CE Organizer session codes are announced at the end of each recorded session, however the code is no longer valid as that was for onsite attendance only. PACE credit is offered for the select sessions listed in the table above.
