POSTMARK DEADLINE: APRIL 1
PURPOSE:
The Forum for Concerns of Minorities provides assistance to students
in clinical laboratory scientist or clinical laboratory technician programs,
who demonstrate evidence of financial need.
AWARD:
Recipients of two scholarships will be announced at the annual ASCLS
meeting. One will be awarded to a CLS/MT student, and one to a CLT/MLT
student, if both group of students apply. The total monies collected for
scholarships will be divided equally between the two students.
APPLICATIONS:
Submit three (3) completed application packets (original plus
2 copies) to the Forum for Concerns of Minorities Scholarship Chair by
the postmarked deadline, April 1:

ELIGIBILITY:
- The applicant must be a minority student;
- The applicant must be accepted in an NAACLS accredited program in
clinical laboratory science to include Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical
Technology or Clinical Laboratory Technician/Medical Laboratory Technician
Program;
- The applicant must demonstrate evidence of financial need;
- Applications MUST BE TYPED and must be postmarked by April 1.
